So what is the difference between therapy and coaching? I like to think of therapy as a way to work through the past, while coaching gives you tools for the present and future.

One of the tools I teach is about thought patterns. Everything you believe is simply because you’ve chosen to think the thought over and over. All of your beliefs are like highways in your mind. Your brain has memorized how to think and feel about something, and the good news is that you can learn how to create new “highways” that will lead you to the result you want.
